Why this site exists

Most UK mortgage advice is built for UK residents on PAYE income. The moment a client lives abroad, earns in a foreign currency, or holds a non-UK passport, the high-street lender list collapses. Standard practice across the industry is to apply a 20% haircut to non-GBP income, then turn the case down because the affordability no longer works.

There is a better way. A small group of specialist lenders take foreign income at face value, lend to non-UK residents on standard rates, and treat expat applicants as a category they actually want to serve. Knowing which lender to approach for which situation is the entire job.

This site exists to put that knowledge in front of the people searching for it, in plain language, without lender lists or generic advice that does not survive contact with a real case.
